About
Anika is a book editor and writer. She studied psychology at Oxford, graduated magna cum laude from Brown, and earned her MFA from the Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College. After attending the Radcliffe Publishing Course, Anika worked in publishing houses for over a decade. As a senior editor at MacAdam/Cage and later Random House, she edited Audrey Niffenegger’s The Time Traveler’s Wife, Amanda Eyre Ward’s How to Be Lost, and Dan Chaon’s Await Your Reply among many others. Anika now works independently, supporting writers and their book dreams from Berkeley, California, where she lives with her husband, their two teenaged children, and one giant dog.
